PRIVACY POLICY
If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store statistical information about your visit. Our web server automatically collects this information when you visit our site. We use this information to help diagnose problems with our server and to compile statistics on site usage. We do not make your information available to anyone outside the Friends of Santo Nino, Inc. directorship, members, and staff.

FOSNI.COM visitors who register for our FOSNI Forum community area provide us with a name, password and a working e-mail address. We use this information to set up your account. We do not sell or redistribute the FOSNI Forum membership list and will not send you e-mail at the address you provide, except for infrequent announcements relating to FOSNI Forum or as needed to resolve issues that may arise with your FOSNI Forum account. The e-mail address you register with Fosni.com will be posted in FOSNI Forum if and when you post comments there, but you are free at any time to substitute an alternate e-mail address if you wish to keep the one you initially registered private. Participants in FOSNI Forum are expected to comply with the rules governing the area, but we cannot control third parties’ use of information you may choose to provide in such a public forum. Users requesting e-mail notifications of web postings and\or announcements should not rely on the e-mail notification as their only information source. Accounts will automatically be removed from the system if attempts to deliver notices are repeatedly unsuccessful.

The licenses granted in the preceding sentences for a Picture will terminate at the time a request to completely remove such Picture from the FOSNI.COM has been processed, provided that, such termination shall not affect any licenses granted in connection with such Picture prior to the time the Picture has completely been removed.
